Customer Pickup Our pickup location is in Jamboree Heights, Queensland 4074.

Pickup hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00am–6:00pm

We understand that event times can vary, so we are happy to be flexible with pickup and return times by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you require a different time.

Standard Delivery & Pickup – $90

Our Standard Delivery service includes delivery and pickup of your hire items for a fixed fee of $90.

• A minimum rental order value of $100 applies, excluding the delivery fee.

• Your delivery address must be within 40 km of our Jamboree Heights location.

• Items will be delivered to your front driveway, garage, or another safe and easily accessible location.

• Our delivery service does not include carrying items inside your home, venue, or other premises.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring there is clear and safe access for our delivery vehicle.

• Delivery and pickup times will be arranged with you in advance, subject to our availability and delivery schedule.

Deliveries Beyond 40 km

We may be able to deliver to locations more than 40 km from Jamboree Heights. Additional delivery charges will apply and will be quoted individually based on the location and requirements of your booking.

Premium / Same-Day Delivery & Pickup – $120

Need your items delivered and collected on the same day?

Our Premium Same-Day Delivery service is available for $120, subject to availability and location.

This service includes both delivery and pickup on the same day. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

Weekend delivery and pickup are available for $100, subject to availability.

Please contact us to arrange your preferred delivery and pickup time.

Condition of Items on Return

We kindly ask that all hire items are returned in a clean, tidy and reasonably similar condition to when they were supplied.

• Tables and chairs must be neatly stacked together and ready for collection.

• All items should be returned to the agreed collection area. • Items should be free from excessive dirt, food, mud, rubbish, or other debris.

• If chairs or tables become dirty during your event, please clean them before returning them.

• Linen, crockery, and other hire items should be returned according to the care instructions provided by AR Party Hire.

• Normal wear and tear from reasonable use is expected. Damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or items returned in an unsuitable condition may incur additional charges.

Important For collection, all items must be ready and safely accessible at the agreed collection point, such as the driveway or garage. Our delivery and collection service does not include moving furniture or hire items from inside the property unless this has been arranged as an additional service.
